Everyday

- Bills: log the actual payment, history, and undoBills are your fixed payments: rent, loan payments, utilities. Here's how to create them, mark them as paid with the actual amount and date, review your history by month, and undo a payment.
- Edit expenses, review possible duplicates, and turn an expense into a billFix an expense's amount, merchant, category, or date; delete it; understand the possible-duplicate flag; and turn an expense into a bill (just this month or every month).
- Record offline and finish syncingWith no connection you can still jot down expenses and snap photos of receipts: they go into a queue on your phone and upload when you reopen the app while online.
Budget
- Set up your budget: cycle, week start, and savings goalSet the cycle (monthly by weeks, or biweekly), the day your week starts, and your monthly savings goal. This is where you decide how Monuvia calculates your available amount.
- Add fixed or one-off income, edit it, and pause itAdd your salary and other income, edit it, pause anything you don't want counted, and delete it. This is how the money that Monuvia spreads across your available amount comes in.
- Categories, per-category limits, and merchant rulesCreate categories to sort your expenses, set an optional monthly limit that shows up in Summary, and define merchant rules so expenses sort themselves. Everything is calculated inside your own account, with no external AI.

Automation
Household & alerts
